Vi Vante is a small business that strives to create the highest quality products, descriptions, videos, and photos of them. Prior to purchasing it’s a good idea to look through all of our media. We accept returns that are “New Condition” If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase you need to let us know immediately at info@vi-vante.com

After receiving your item you have up to a week to initiate a return. You’re responsible for paying for the return label and you will receive a refund less shipping. There is no restocking fee unless the merchandise is damaged. If it is an exchange we can work it out and are flexible.

International Returns;

The return policy is basically the same as listed above however we have no way of reimbursing your duty.
